Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Bemodo purchase! If you're not satisfied, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Conditions

✔ Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.                                                              ✔ The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
✔ You bear the costs for the return shipment 

How to Request a Return

1️⃣ Email us at office@bemodo.uk with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We’ll provide you with the return shipping address (factory location).
3️⃣ Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will process your full refund.

💡 Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
